Taking place at the Fitzwimarc School, Rayleigh, this 5-week summer programme is designed to develop speed related qualities that underpin performance across all sports.

Sessions focus on improving sprint speed, change of direction, and movement skill — alongside the coordination and control required to apply these qualities in a sporting context.

Delivered in a structured and progressive format, each session builds on the last to support meaningful athletic development across the block.

Athletes also receive guided at-home training to reinforce and accelerate progress between sessions.
