
Speed and Agility for Football
Delivered at the Rayleigh MegaCentre, these mixed sex classes are designed to enhance multidirectional speed, change of direction skill, and agility for youth footballers. Learn and develop the movements and postures for effective acceleration and deceleration, to move more efficiently on the football pitch.
Delivered in a fun and engaging environment, these classes will provide movement challenges that encourage the development of broad movement skills and physical capabilities (e.g., strength, plyometric ability, speed and power) transferable to playing performance.
Ages 10-12 years, Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm
Ages 13-16 years, Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm
