Through our research-driven and experience-based model of movement training and athletic development, MatchFit Youth delivers age-appropriate strength and conditioning training to adolescents aged 13-16 years.
Our sessions are led by professionally qualified strength and conditioning coaches accredited by the UK Strength & Conditioning Association. These sessions are delivered the Rayleigh MegaCentre.
Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm strength and conditioning training for ages 13-16 years
