In the same year, he launched MatchFit Youth Strength and Conditioning to provide athletic development services to young athletes and education to coaches and teachers.

Since 2016, Mark has consulted with Basketball England, focusing on the physical development of aspiring youth basketball players. He is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Essex, studying the role of movement skills in underpinning sport-specific skills in youth basketball players.
